Almost a month later....

Unbelievable how fast the time flies ! It has been almost a month since my last Post. A lot has happened during that time.......

As all of you know, I have been a Ravelry Member, and just found another very nice Group called " Annie's Gifts for Chemo " ! I think it is a wonderful Idea to present Chemo Patients with a small Gift on a very difficult time in their life's.......
So here are my first two Gifts I am going to Donate !

My first try with Wolle Kunterbunt

turned out very good ! Not only was it tons of fun to knit with it, but it also had a wonderful scent !

A Scarf made from hand dyed Merino

I recently fell in love with hand dyeing :0) Oh how much fun it is ! I dyed this extra fine merino wool with KoolAid. The blue was dyed with Easter Egg Color. Then I crochet this fun scarf from it, and still have leftovers to do some felting :0)

Hello Friends..........

I know......... it has been a long time since I have posted. There are just not enough hours in a day to get everything done :0( Believe it or not I am knitting for the upcoming Christmas Open House ! I know!!! Christmas..... that just doesn't sound right , but we are half way through the year, and it will be here before we know it. I am making Fingerless Gloves by the dozen :0) I re-wrote one of my favorite pattern " Mitt Envy". "My" Version is much easier and faster, and is published in Ravelry " Fingerless Fun Mittens ". I can show you several items I made today :0). It has been cold and rainy all week, so what else is there to do then knit, right ?
Well, I sure did :0) And here is the results !
I have two pair of Cotton Sneaker Socks made from Online Supersocke Cotton.

A Baby Dress for the Neighbor

My Friend and Neighbor is going to be a Grandma again. The Baby Shower will be in July, so I thought I better get a head start :0) Made with Schachenmayr Catania.

This was an order I just filled :0) The brown pair was made with Knit Picks Essential, my Raindance Pattern. The blue pair was also made with Knit Picks Essential, and was turned into my Daybreak Socks. The red pair was made from Cascade Heritage, this Pattern has not been published as of right now :0)
