a beautiful skein from Zauberelfe. It is 100% Merinowool, super soft, and sooooo nice to knit with.

I hope everyone had a great weekend. I dont know about you, but my weekends absolutely fly by :0)
I would like to show you my newest sock, made from Tausendschoen Yarn, called Ferienfieber. Another beautiful import from Germany. Pattern is called " Nutkin" , without a doubt one of my favorite Sock Pattern. These will also be sold at my Christmas Open House !

And since it was so much fun......

I made another one ! Felting is really a bunch of fun !My next one will be red :0) These will be sold at my Christmas Open House in November !

Oh, I'm so proud of myself.........

I have been seeing so many pretty felted projects, I just had to try it !!!! I was very skeptic after the hat was knitted.........................when I took it out of the washer after the first wash I was a believer, after the second wash I was thrilled.............. WOW, THIS REALLY WORKS !!!! I AM HOOKED !!!!

35 Quarts......

of Beans, was this weekends reason, why my knitting was once again on the back burner. My entire Saturday was spent on breaking and canning 1 Bushel of beans. But ohhhhh how good they will be this winter :0)

After................

8 quarts of Fiesta Salsa , 8 quarts and 12 pints of Tomatoes, I finally had a breather and finished this pair of socks :0)
